When rooms become available within our houses, and if you have shown an interest, the normal procedure would be to come and view the room/s on one of our open days. We find this to be the best way of achieving both of our goals efficiently.
We have in the past experienced many people not showing up at appointed times and the open day gives us a definite schedule so that we do not waste our time which is precious to us as I’m sure you can appreciate. We will of course arrange a viewing for you should you not be able to make one of our specially appointed days. |
Should you like the room and are interested in renting it, you will be asked to give a deposit to secure it and also be asked to fill out any necessary documentation that is required of you. The necessary reference checks will be carried shortly thereafter.
All tenants are made to sign an assured short hold tenancy agreement which runs for 6 months after which 1 months notice can be given by either party in order to cancel the agreement.

A one months deposit is required before moving in, of which the initial holding deposit will be deducted. The rent is payable in advance and will include all bills (council tax, electricity, gas, water, TV-license, broadband etc). For properties that are rented out on an individual basis, bills will not be included in the rental price. This is standard practice throughout the UK |
