We do offer single occupancy rentals on certain properties as well when available. This is dependant on the type of property and its location.
The principle is simple!! Working Men and Woman have their own private room but share the communal areas and facilities.
The standard of accommodation is based with quality in mind ensuring that each and everyone is made to feel as comfortable as possible. We offer a very high standard of accommodation in well-regarded residential areas. The property is managed by the owner where possible or by a personal representative.
The concept is to provide a more affordable, all inclusive alternative to small flats or bed sits with the benefit that you have your own private room and at the same time benefiting from living in a quality home.
