Although we know that all our clients will be ensuring a safe and comfortable stay with us, we have just come up with a couple of points for you to think about to help keep the house as harmonious as possible for everyone. |
In general please try to be considerate to fellow residents, neighbours and of course your friendly landlord(s). Remember you can call us at any time should you have any concerns.
Although these points are sometimes obvious, they should be followed as they will make your stay far more pleasant.
General points to consider.
1. Try to be considerate to others with regards holding late night parties.
2. This includes playing loud music at unrealistic times
3. Having visitors using other peoples property must be agreed before hand
With regards to house keeping, where possible a maid will clean the communal areas once a week. Also try and keep areas such as kitchens and bathrooms as clean as possible this will create a respectful atmosphere within the house and will make your time far more pleasant.
Try remembering to
1. Wash up after using kitchen utensils
2. Clean the bathroom after you have used it on a regular basis
3. Replace consumables if required (light bulbs, toilet paper etc)
4. Washing hand towels and tea towels regularly
5. Possibly removing shoes at the door should this offend fellow residents.
For the environment, please try to remember to
1. Recycle household waste
2. Use tumble dryer only for large loads and use a drying racks where possible
3. Try not to overheat the house in winter
4. Turn taps off when not in use
5. Turn lights off when not in use.
Remember should bills run into excessive costs, there will ultimately be an increase in rent.
In order to maintain our properties to a high standard, we strictly require the following points be noted
1. No pets
2. Please lock doors when they are unattended
3. No open flames
4. Please don’t stick blue tack on the walls, as well as nails, tacks
