Exclusive properties are different in that we own the properties that we rent out! We are not a letting agency!

As you can imagine this brings with it a unique bond with all of our tenants in that we care about you as individuals – you are not just another name on a lettings agents list! Should a problem arise, we will endeavour to sort it out as efficiently and quickly as possible – That is our promise to you!

We personally manage all of our properties. Where geographical distance is a concern, a representative of the business will manage the tenants on our behalf but always under our leadership and guidance and always to a standard which we have set from the very beginning.
